An entrepreneur at heart whose motivation always runs high. Hello! My name is Antonio de Jesús, I am a Senior UX/UI Designer with a background in visual design. I have a great appetite for creating technology that serves its purpose (is useful, meets, and satisfies the user’s needs and requirements). Especially making complex data easy to digest. I approach design problems with the big picture in mind while never overlooking the importance of the details.

Working in the consumer electronics industry for many years has spiked my interest in developing mobile apps. I learned a lot about user-centered design principles during my time working as a Graphic Designer/ Physical Product Designer at CTA Digital. I was deeply involved in every aspect of the design of original brand accessories for iPhone, iPod touch, Nintendo Wii, PSP, and Xbox 360 among other accessories. Holding a leadership position, responsible for all digital and print material.

I advocated for designing meaningful products and experiences with the user in mind. The primary focus of all products is on how to solve a user's need. Start with the why and the who to arrive at the what, when, where, and how.

I have a record of utilizing resources efficiently and manage complex projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget. I pride myself on my accomplishments as a designer. I am excited about what creative challenges lie ahead.

I’ve spent a number of years working as a UX/UI Designer creating wireframes and graphical assets for web and mobile products for multiple companies, including the United Nations and NYU. I design icons, application avatars. I am also a graphic designer with a strong background in physical product design, packaging design, and photography.

I am an award-winning hands-on designer with five years of experience building goal-oriented, problem-solving, user-centered design solutions in a fast-paced environment for organizations, in both, interactive and print media. I love creating striking designs with usability and measurable results. I am professionally known for being a resourceful individual with a big desire to learn.

As a lifelong learner, my passion for visual storytelling derives from my hope of creating better solutions for people to understand and interact with the world around them. I create products and experiences that serve users’ wants and needs, as well as useful, engaging, enjoyable, and easy to understand. I get joy when products I create help users perform tasks to reach their goals. I am a meticulous observer, I seek to understand the user’s pain points and create solutions based on users’ insights.
